The files contained in this digital products / downloads are licensed, not sold to you by MixFlow (MF), so the ownership remains with MF and/or the creators of this pack distributing via MF. It’s therefore strictly prohibited to engage in any copying, duplicating, lending, re-selling, trading or renting of this product.

Rights & restrictions

The original purchaser of this product is the only person with the right to reproduce and embody the sounds, samples, presets, midi files, course videos and project files within their music compositions. Your purchased license can’t be transferred and it’s not permitted to share the purchased digital product with others. The original purchaser who’s been granted the license may use the preset sounds, project files, samples and midi files combined with other elements and sounds in their music productions. This generally includes streaming, label releases, tv and radio programs or commercials, movie soundtracks and videos, computer games, typical purposes within musical compositions and performances in public.

The original purchaser is not authorized to use any of the preset sounds, samples, full or parts of project files and midi files from MF products in isolation for commercial projects or releases such as sample packs, preset packs, midi packs, sound pack bundles, sound libraries and/or CD sample libraries containing any of the sounds from MF digital download products. This will infringe copyright law rendering you liable for prosecution under the copyright law according to the European Law on Copyright and Related Rights.

This granted license is in effect for the full period of copyright protection for presets, samples, sounds, presets, midi files and project files and is non-exclusive. You are accepting these terms with the moment of opening or using this product.
